Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or remake process.

Pack with Care

Place your veneers and original impression kit materials back into their protective case and secure them in the original shipping box.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Quality Inspection & Refund
